BECOME AN EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR-LICENSEE FOR GKM

To become an exclusive distributor for GKM Product Development, Inc. this is all you need to do!

1. You will receive a 4 year limited exclusive license to distribution Soccer Pro direct-to-consumers.
   
   
2. The license and fee will include production of a television commercial and you will determine which markets to test it in.
   
   
3. You will have the right to become the single and sole source to distribute orders through infomercials. After the commercial is produced you can select and pay for the media placement yourself or you can use one of two companies GKM has selected that will produce the spot, fulfill, accept credit card payment and place the television commercial for you. They would become in a sense, your distributor.
   
   
4. When you sign the license agreement and pay your fee you will also gain the right to be the sole distributor to soccer camps, clubs and tournaments. Your target market is substantial because there are over 12 million youth recreational soccer players in the United States alone.
   
   
5. Under the license you will not be able to sell to retail, GKM already services the largest retail store in the world.
   
   
6. Included with your license will be excellent price support. You will also receive 5000 units of inventory for each year of the agreement. If you need more units you can order only what you need.
   
   
7. There are no additional royalty fees or minimum inventory purchases required by you.
   
   
8. The cost to secure this license is a one time fee of $250,000.00 . Serious inquires need only respond. A license can be tendered and executed in less than 10 business days.
   
   
9. Awarding of the license will be determined by management from GKM Product Development, Inc. The terms of the agreement are not subject to negotiation. The final to award the license is not based on a first come basis. Several important factors will determine who will receive this once in a life-time opportunity.
   
   
10. Inventory will ship from the GKM Distribution Center ( Naperville , IL ). When additional inventory, above the amount provided in the license agreement is needed by the licensee, the licensee will be required to issue a purchase order to the GKM order processing department.
